Lunch and Dinner Celebration Set Menus - 19 and 20 June
To tie in with the Father’s day celebration, Golden Peony’s Executive Chinese Chef, Ku Keung prepares three specially-crafted menus; each featuring more of his skilful culinary creations and enticing signature dishes.

Enjoy delicious dishes like Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallop on Glutinous Rice, Crab Claw and diced Seafood wrapped with Cabbage and Sliced Abalone, Oyster and Asparagus on Skewer topped with Rich Superior Sauce.

Weekend Afternoon Tea Delight For Dad – 19 and 20 June

Oscar’s enhances its dinner buffet with a medley of enticing seafood, from oysters, prawns and crab claws to start off the meal to delicious seafood inspired main course dishes from the local and international stations. Part of the buffet also includes a noodle bar station, with tasty Asian soups and freshly-made noodles.

Mother’s Day Brunch - 9 May
For a sensational brunch experience, Oscar’s offers the perfect option with its splendid buffet spread, with free flow champagne or rosé.

The brunch includes the best of Oscar’s local and international signature dishes as well as delicious mother’s day highlights like lobster tofu with caviar; assortment of fresh seafood – oysters, lobster, cherry clams and crab claws; roasted rib-eye with red wine sauce and pan-fried foie gras with orange marmalade and truffle honey.

To make mother’s day extra special, children can also look forward to create and decorate their very own special cake for mummy dearest to take home.

The menus include signature dishes as well as innovative creations like Duo of Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Sea Cucumber and Abalone, and Golden-fried Soft Shell Crab with Chinese Spices; Baked Pork-ribs wrapped with Bacon and Garlic Sauce and Classic Claypot with Waxed Duck, Chicken Sausage, Liver Sausage and Kai Lan.
