Singapore, January 2010 – Sparkle up your Sundays with brunch at Meritus Mandarin’s Japanese-inspired buffet restaurant, Triple Three. Enjoy it with a free flow of premium sparkling wine from Australia’s renowned Domaine Chandon winery, established in the Yarra Valley of Victoria by champagne house, Moët & Chandon.
This marks the first time that Chandon’s premium sparkling wine will be offered at a Sunday brunch in a local food and beverage establishment. Guests get to choose between the fresh and engaging Chandon Brut, and the bright and vibrant Chandon Rosé, all for the same price.
Complementing the sparkling wine are dishes made from the finest, freshest ingredients, which Triple Three has become known for since its opening in November 2009. Say “Konichiwa” to the ever-popular Teppanyaki, Tempura, Sushi and Sashimi stations. Get acquainted with ocean life at the Seafood on Ice, with its sumptuous spread of Freshly Imported Oysters, Boston Baby Lobsters and Alaska Snow Crab Legs. Carnivores will delight in the carving station with its Roasted Wagyu Beef, Quail or Lamb Leg. Also, no brunch is complete without the Pan Fried Duck Liver served with Brioche Bread and Raspberry Vinegar Sauce.
Top it all off with multiple visits to the tempting Dessert counter with its plethora of choices. Be seduced by the popular Mandarin Cheese Cake, Blueberry Yoghurt Mousse and Layered Chocolate Feulletine. Leave space for the ice cream counter to sample the rich, creamy flavours of Saffron Pistachio, Pistachio Almond and Chunky Strawberry.
Because Sunday is family day, Triple Three also welcomes kids to join in the indulgence. A section has been specially set aside to be a play area for the young ones. Expect activities such as face painting, balloon sculpting and storytelling to keep them enthralled and entertained. In support of healthy living, fruit juices will be provided too.
The buffet is priced at $98++ per person (inclusive of free flow of Chandon sparkling wine, soft drinks and juices) and $68++ per person (non-inclusive of beverages) for adults, and $45++ per person for children (inclusive of soft drinks and juices). It is available every Sunday from 11.30am to 3pm.
